Scale Projects is a real estate developer based in Langley, Metro Vancouver, focused on creating inclusive communities and homes that foster authentic connections and balanced lifestyles. They are currently developing Scale Living (also referred to as Scale), a 6-storey wood-frame condominium project with 75 units ranging from studios to 2-bedroom + flex layouts, located at 20220 54A Avenue in the Nicomekl neighbourhood, near future SkyTrain access, with completion estimated for summer 2026.
