Greenfort Development Ltd. is an Abbotsford-based developer and builder that has been building homes in the Lower Mainland for nearly two decades. Its current project Downtown Gate brings 11 fee-simple townhomes across two three-storey woodframe buildings to the Mill Lake neighbourhood of Central Abbotsford.
