Takaya Developments

Takaya Developments is the real estate development arm of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation in North Vancouver. In partnership with the Aquilini Group it is delivering Seymour Village, a master-planned community on Tsleil-Waututh lands whose phases include Lupine Walk, offering homes on 99-year prepaid leases.
