Forme Development is a Vancouver-based real estate firm founded in 2017 by CEO Damon Chan, specializing in mixed-use developments, residential multi-family high-rises, retail units, and office buildings along the West Coast with offices in Vancouver and Los Angeles. The company focuses on creating thoughtfully-designed urban communities that enhance neighborhoods and promote vibrant living, sustainability, and innovation. Current projects include a proposed 37-storey tower at 8427-8483 Cambie Street with 385 residential units and retail space, and Line House, a 31-townhouse community at 625 West 54th Avenue.
