Grosvenor is an international property group owned by the Grosvenor family for over 340 years, active in Vancouver since the 1950s through its North American arm. In Metro Vancouver it is the developer behind The Residences at Brentwood Block in Burnaby, a major master-planned community, alongside a portfolio of premium residential and mixed-use projects.
