Gulzar Investments is a Delta-based developer and builder that has delivered residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver since 1992, with over 1,000 homes built. Its current project Queens is a boutique collection of spacious two- to four-bedroom family townhomes in Queensborough, New Westminster, completing in 2027.
