Intracorp is a Vancouver-based real estate developer founded by Joe Houssian, who established it in 1994 by acquiring the urban development business from Intrawest, originally started in 1976. The company specializes in multi-family homes and has delivered more than 22,000 homes across 176 communities in North America, including significant projects in Metro Vancouver such as The Jervis and developments in the Westside area with 1,389 homes in 17 communities. It operates in regions like Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Austin, often partnering with investors.
