QuadReal Property Group is a global real estate investment, development, and operating company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Wholly owned by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), it was established in 2016 to manage BCI's real estate assets, initially valued at CA$18 billion, and has grown significantly to over $98 billion in assets under management. The firm invests directly, through partnerships, and in equity and debt across public and private markets, with a focus on sustainable environments in Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia.
