Shato Holdings Ltd. is a family-owned Vancouver-based holding and development company founded in 1969 by Peter Toigo and led today by the Toigo family, owners of White Spot Restaurants. The company has been building in South Delta for decades, with residential and mixed-use projects including the master-planned Tsawwassen Springs community and the Wildwood Ladner townhomes.
