Vanprop Investments is a privately owned, family-run real estate company based in Richmond, BC. The company has owned the Lansdowne Centre site at No. 3 Road since 1984, when it purchased the property from the Woodward family, and it remains their sole commercial holding. Vanprop is now leading the multi-decade redevelopment of the 50-acre Lansdowne site into a transit-oriented, mixed-use district with several million square feet of residential, retail and office space.
