Vesta Properties is a fully integrated real estate development company headquartered in Vancouver (Langley, BC), focused on building thoughtfully designed homes in master-planned communities across Western Canada, including low-rise to high-rise residential projects with commercial spaces. Founded by Kent Sillars and Dennis Wiemken, the company has shifted much of its focus from British Columbia to Alberta due to business-friendly policies there, while maintaining operations in BC. It handles all aspects from land acquisition to sales and has developed more than 7,000 homes.
