About Columbia Square Redevelopment

Columbia Square is an 8-tower, up-to-53-storey master-planned redevelopment by Edgar Development on the former shopping centre site at 88 Tenth Street in downtown New Westminster, approved by city council in October 2024. The transit-oriented plan calls for roughly 3,800 homes alongside two daycares, a new school, office and retail space, and significant public park area. It sits directly next to New Westminster SkyTrain Station, putting future residents steps from the Expo Line. As an early-stage, coming-soon project, unit details and pricing have not yet been released.
