Oval is a coming-soon mixed-use development by Landa Global on Elmbridge Way in Richmond's City Centre, planned as three 15-storey towers with 356 residential units alongside a roughly 189-room hotel. The concept includes a country-club-inspired clubhouse with more than 35,000 sq ft of amenities and a landscaped rooftop podium, plus over 17,000 sq ft of retail and dining space. It sits directly across from the Richmond Olympic Oval and close to Minoru Park, with a nearby SkyTrain station providing quick access toward downtown Vancouver. The project is still in the concept design stage, with further details to follow.
