Andrew Peller Limited is a Canadian wine producer redeveloping its former winery site in Port Moody, Metro Vancouver, into Westport Village, a mixed-use project including residential towers, artist studios, an arts centre, theatre, childcare, retail, and office spaces. The five-acre site at 2120 Vintner Street, operational since 1961, received final approval in 2023 after nearly two decades of planning. The company, led by CEO John Peller, is seeking development partners to advance construction.
