Westport Village is a large mixed-use, master-planned community by Andrew Peller Limited on a 3.53-acre site in Port Moody's Moody Centre, with the first phase bringing a 31-storey residential tower of studio to three-bedroom homes (378-1,244 sq ft). Planned amenities for the wider community include a daycare, a 350-seat theatre and arts centre, live-work artist spaces, and a public plaza called 'The Commons,' built around the restored Schoolhouse Creek. It's positioned at the western gateway to the city with easy access to the Moody Centre SkyTrain and West Coast Express, though as a coming-soon project specific building amenities and pricing have not yet been released.
