Flavelle OceanFront is a coming-soon, 34-acre master-planned waterfront district by AB Wall Group (Wall Financial) at 2450 Columbia Street in Port Moody, redeveloping a former industrial site into up to roughly 3,397 new homes alongside light industrial, office, and retail space. The plan includes 1.3 km of new recreational trails and a boardwalk connecting to Rocky Point Park, with the site within walking distance of Moody Centre SkyTrain Station and the West Coast Express. As a multi-building master plan, individual building details and amenities will be announced as phases are released.
