Canadian Retirement Developments Corp. is a British Columbia-based home builder and land developer focused on active-adult retirement communities, villages, and condominiums. The company was established in 2014 by co-founders Andrew Macdonald and Mark Perry and develops projects primarily in the Fraser Valley.
