Landa Global Properties is a Vancouver-based residential developer founded in 2013 by Kevin Cheung and Scott Wang. The company began with single-family housing projects on Vancouver's West Side and has grown into a developer of luxury, architecturally distinctive multi-family buildings across Metro Vancouver, with expansion into Toronto.
