Mackin Parkside is Century Group's proposed master-planned redevelopment of a 4.89-acre site on Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam's Maillardville, envisioned as a French-inspired gateway to the neighbourhood with roughly 1,400 homes across six buildings, a public plaza, retail space, and a childcare facility. As of 2026 the project remains in the rezoning process with the City of Coquitlam, which has raised concerns about the proposed heights and densities, so timelines and unit counts could still change. It is not yet approved or selling.
