SkyLiving in Surrey City Centre starts at $400,000 in our catalogue. Homes range from about 355 to about 903 square feet, and the mix runs from studios to three-bedrooms. Allure Ventures is building it, and it is due to complete in 2029.
The developer's own site, skyliving.ca, does not list a starting price or home sizes on its public pages. Those figures come from our catalogue. Anyone who wants a current price for a specific home will need to ask the sales team directly.
What SkyLiving costs
The from-price is $400,000. We do not hold a top price for the project, so we cannot say what the most expensive home costs. The $400,000 is a starting point, not a typical price, and larger layouts will cost more.
For comparison, here is how that starting price sits next to other City Centre projects in our catalogue that list a from-price.
| Project | From price | Bedrooms | Completion |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stowa | $329,900 | Studio to 3 | 2026 |
| The Manhattan | $330,900 | Studio to 3 | 2029 |
| City Corners | $354,990 | Studio to 3 | 2026 |
| Parkway Phase 2 (Intersect) | $380,000 | Studio to 2 | 2028 |
| Parksville 96 | $381,900 | Studio to 4 | 2028 |
| Juno | $400,000 | Studio to 3 | 2028 |
| SkyLiving | $400,000 | Studio to 3 | 2029 |
SkyLiving's from-price matches Juno's. It is higher than the other five. It also has the latest completion of the group, tied with The Manhattan. A from-price compares the smallest homes only, so two projects with the same number can still differ a lot in what the average buyer pays.
Sizes and bedroom counts
Homes range from about 355 square feet to about 903 square feet. The layouts run from studios to three-bedrooms. The developer's description also mentions townhomes.
The building has 422 homes in total, according to the developer's information in our catalogue. About 215 of those are strata condos for sale. The other 207 are purpose-built rentals. The rentals are purpose-built for lease, so the number of homes for sale is smaller than 422.
Who is building it
Allure Ventures is the developer. The tower is 32 storeys, at the corner of 138A Street and 100 Avenue. The site is close to King George SkyTrain station.
Interiors are by Cristina Oberti Interior Design. The amenity space is over 39,500 square feet, including a 7th-floor SkyPark with an outdoor theatre.
How far along construction is
Allure broke ground in April 2026. The project is now in excavation, which is the earliest stage of construction: the site is being dug out before the foundation and the tower go up. Completion is expected in 2029, which the developer's site also states.
For a buyer signing now, that means a wait of a few years before moving in. Our guide to presale deposits explains how deposits and timelines work over that kind of period.
Sales so far and the payment programme
The developer reported 68% of homes sold as of April 2026. That is a figure from six months ago, and we do not have a newer one. It also does not say whether the percentage counts all 422 homes or only the strata ones.
Allure runs a programme it calls Allure Promise 2.0. It replaces the usual lump-sum deposit schedule with monthly payments during construction, and it includes a deposit match credited at completion. The terms are the developer's to state, so ask the sales team for the current details and read the contract before signing anything. BC presale contracts carry a 7-day rescission period, which is worth understanding before you sign.
How it fits in Surrey
SkyLiving is one of many projects selling in Surrey. Our Surrey page lists every project currently selling, and our earlier piece on new condos in Surrey by neighbourhood compares them by area.
What changes next
Two things would change this page. The first is a new price release: if Allure releases another phase or adjusts pricing, the from-price may move. The second is construction progress. Once excavation finishes and the tower starts rising, the construction status will change and we will update the project page to match. We will also update the sold percentage when the developer reports a newer figure.
