Eden, Zenterra's new condo building in Langley's Willoughby neighbourhood, is selling now with prices from $379,990 to $979,990. That range covers one, two and three-bedroom homes from 498 to 1,154 square feet, in a six-storey building going up at 7687 200 Street, across from the Langley Events Centre.

What's for sale right now

Eden has 180 homes across six storeys, in one, two and three-bedroom layouts. The $379,990 floor buys into the smallest one-bedroom, at 498 square feet. The $979,990 ceiling is for the largest three-bedroom, at 1,154 square feet — everything else sits somewhere between those two points. Zenterra doesn't publish a public price list broken out by individual floor plan; the specific plan sheets are available by booking an appointment through Eden's site.

Where it sits

Eden is in Willoughby, on 200 Street directly across from the Langley Events Centre and close to the shops at Willoughby Town Centre. It's also within a few minutes' drive of the future Willowbrook SkyTrain station, part of the Surrey-Langley extension. That's the same general stretch of Willoughby where most of Langley's current presale inventory is concentrated, which is why the comparison table below has so many entries.

Construction status and completion

Eden is under construction, with completion estimated for 2028. Zenterra's own marketing narrows that further, to summer or fall of 2028. The building is wood-frame construction, which is standard for a mid-rise of this height in the Lower Mainland.

The deposit

Eden asks for a 10% total deposit, split into stages rather than due all at once — that's consistent with how most Metro Vancouver presales structure deposits now. If you're new to how presale deposits work, including how they're protected before a building closes, our deposit guide walks through the mechanics.

Zenterra is also currently offering a buyer incentive at Eden tied to how quickly you complete your deposit. The developer doesn't post the dollar value of that incentive publicly, and it can change without notice, so the only thing worth noting here is that it exists — ask the sales team for the current terms before you assume anything about size or eligibility.

Because Eden's prices sit under $1 million across the board, GST treatment is also worth checking before you sign anything — our GST rebate guide explains how the rebate is calculated and who qualifies.

How Eden compares to its Willoughby neighbours

Willoughby has more presale inventory under one roof than almost any other part of Langley. Eden sits in the middle of that pack on price, cheaper than some but not the cheapest:

ProjectPrice rangeBedsCompletion
Matteō$365,900–$769,9000–22028
Rowan$399,900–$619,9001–32027
Latimer Heights$399,900–$899,9001–32026
Eden$379,990–$979,9901–32028
Jericho$419,900–$809,9001–32027

Eden's entry price is close to Matteō's and Rowan's, but its top end — a three-bedroom near $980,000 — runs higher than any of the other four. If a three-bedroom condo under $1 million in Willoughby is what you're after, Eden and Jericho are the two to compare directly; Eden's ceiling is roughly $170,000 higher, but it's also a newer building with a later completion date.

For the full current list of what's selling across Langley, see our Langley hub or the city-wide roundup of Langley and Surrey presales near the new SkyTrain stations — Eden sits near the future Willowbrook station on that line.

Don't mix this up with Eden Townhomes

Zenterra also has a separate project called Eden Townhomes nearby, also in Willoughby. It's a different building: three and four-bedroom townhomes starting at $1,049,900, with 27 homes completing in 2026. If a listing or a search result just says "Eden" without specifying condo or townhome, check which one you're looking at — the price and the floor plans don't overlap. See the Eden Townhomes page if that's the one you meant.

What would change this

The numbers above are what Zenterra has posted as of this week. Presale pricing moves as a building sells down — the cheapest one-bedrooms are usually the first homes to go, which pushes the posted "from" price up even if nothing else about the building changes. If Eden's price floor, its total unit count, or its completion window move, that's what would bring us back to update this page. Until then, the fastest way to get an exact price on a specific unit is to book directly with Zenterra's sales team, since floor-plan-level pricing isn't posted publicly.
